The challenge
Walk-ins and Instagram DMs carried most orders. There was no real online catalog, no way for regulars to subscribe to a monthly style box, and no self-serve checkout.
Our approach
We mapped a full online store with collections, subscriptions, and account basics, then explored three visual directions before landing on a warm, editorial look that matches the shop floor.
What we delivered
Shoppers can browse about 55 pieces across five collections, pick sizes and colors, apply a promo code, and walk through checkout. Thread Club subscriptions and order history round out the experience.
