This policy describes how CreativeBuilds (Ryan B., sole proprietor) handles information when you use www.creativebuilds.dev, submit a project inquiry, request a Project Vibe Check, book a call, or communicate with us about services.

The short version

We collect only what you choose to send or what is needed to run the site, respond to requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We may use anonymized, aggregated information internally to improve products and client outcomes.

Information you choose to send

Depending on how you contact us, that may include:

• Name, email, phone, business name, and preferred reply method
• Project goals, budget range, timeline, website links, and other details in inquiry or vibe-check forms
• Messages and notes related to support, bookings, or existing client work
• Payment-related records when you purchase a service (processed by Stripe - we do not store full card numbers)

Do not send passwords, private API keys, payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive personal information through general contact forms.

Technical and visit context

We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off. This may include page path, session identifier, time on page, referrer, and browser type. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral trackers.

Inquiry and vibe-check drafts may be saved in your browser's local storage until you submit or clear site data. Hosting and security providers may create standard server logs (IP address, request time, URL).

How information is used

• Review and respond to project, vibe-check, support, and booking requests
• Prepare estimates, scope documents, and deliver contracted services
• Send confirmations and follow-up related to your request
• Prevent spam, protect the website, and diagnose form or delivery issues
• Understand aggregate site usage and which contact paths work best
• Internal research: anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve products, workflows, and client outcomes. Individual submissions are not sold or licensed to outside parties.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal information
• We do not share your project details with unrelated businesses for their advertising
• We do not use your inquiry to place you on unrelated marketing lists

Service providers

Trusted providers help us operate the site and deliver services, including:

• Cloudflare - DNS, security, tunnel access, and Zero Trust where configured
• Resend - transactional email (inquiry notifications, confirmations)
• Stripe - payment processing for bookings and subscriptions
• Self-hosted infrastructure - application and database hosting on our production server (Syrus)
• Cal.com - scheduling embeds when you book a call

These providers process data under their own terms. We share only what is needed for the specific workflow.

Retention and protection

Information is kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain client records, provide support, document transactions, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards limit access to Ryan B. and required service providers.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for active work, payment, tax, security, or legal reasons. Email [email protected] with subject "Privacy request." We respond within 30 days.
