The challenge
Strong reputation, but every estimate still started with a phone call. Insurance steering sent drivers to franchise shops, and nothing on the old site explained that Wisconsin drivers can choose their own repair shop.
Our approach
We put photo estimates and plain-language claims help at the top of the site. Three design directions balanced "we know the technical stuff" with "we are your neighbors in Wausau."
What we delivered
