The problem

Tom Kowalski's shop had six bays and ASE-certified techs - but customers still played phone tag for appointments and had no way to upload photos with estimate requests.

Approach

Lead with trust and booking simplicity; scoped multi-staff Cal.diy setup, advanced contact with file upload, and mobile marketing chrome for the in-progress companion app.

Methodology

Service-booking pipeline with Local SEO, reviews integration, CRM handoff on quote forms, and Quinn-verified mobile booking flow at 375px.
