The problem
Avery Lin sold presets through DMs and delivered files manually. Client galleries lived in broken links, and the showreel was buried on YouTube without brand context.
Approach
Scoped digital product delivery add-on ($40), member-only galleries, custom video player, and booking for sessions - premium logo + brand guidelines as deliverables.
Methodology
Hybrid store+booking pipeline, digital PDP + download success UX, Quinn gate on digital delivery surfaces, gated login demo for client proofing.
What I built
Preset shop with instant download demo, portfolio galleries with lightbox, branded showreel player, session booking, client login area, premium brand system applied site-wide.
