I'm still early in this shop, so I'm cutting the first five website builds in half.

Hey, I'm Ryan Baldwin. CreativeBuilds is my workshop out of Wisconsin. I design, build, and host websites for small businesses and creators, and I'm still early enough that every project has to earn a real place in the portfolio.

So here's the Early Bird, plain and simple: the first five website clients who actually start a build with me get 50% off the build fee, and if you take yearly hosting, I'm covering three months of that hosting too. When those five slots are filled, we go back to the regular rate card. No fake timers, no forever sale.

Why I'm doing this

I'm not pretending to be a big agency. I'm one developer who builds the site and still answers after it launches. To get those first five live, I'd rather over-deliver on craft and leave some money on the table than sit around waiting for perfect conditions or a bigger name.

That doesn't mean cheap work. Same process, same deposit structure, same hosting and support I run myself. You get a written quote, a clear build, and a direct line to the person who shipped it. The discount is how I'm buying trust and case studies while I make a name for this company.

What's in the Early Bird

50% off the website build fee (Presence / Creator / Studio+ on Personal, or Starter / Standard / Growth on Business). Add-ons tied to that website build ride along in the half-off build total.
On a yearly hosting plan, three months are free. In practice that's 25% off the first yearly invoice. Monthly plans don't get the hosting credit; the build discount still shows on the quote either way.
Capped at the first five website clients who get a quote and move forward. Not Forge, Pocket, or Automations. Not unlimited.

How this actually works

Read this page, then Scope a Project or book a Discovery Call, and mention Early Bird so we know which offer you came in on.
We scope the site like any other job. On the quote, we apply the Early Bird discount so the build total and deposit already reflect 50% off. You don't need to dig for a promo string on this page.
When you're ready for yearly hosting, we apply the hosting credit at checkout for you, or we walk you through it if you'd rather handle that step yourself.

What I'm promising you

I promise to treat Early Bird clients like full-price clients. Same agreement. Same care. I'd rather leave margin on the table for five strong references than ship five half-finished sites.

If Early Bird is already full by the time you write, I'll still quote you honestly at rate-card pricing. Five slots means five. No weird pressure, just tell me what you're trying to get live.
