CreativeBuilds is starting with websites.
I'm building CreativeBuilds into a one-person software workshop for businesses that need better digital tools. Websites are where I'm starting. Right now, I'm opening five spots for website projects at half the usual build price.
Hey, I'm Ryan Baldwin. I design, build, and host websites for small businesses and creators out of Wisconsin. As CreativeBuilds grows, I'll be expanding into custom software, mobile apps, and automation.
CreativeBuilds is bigger than websites. The long-term goal is to build a workshop where businesses can come to one developer for the digital work that keeps them moving: from the website people find you through, to the software your team uses every day, even to the automations that keep things running in the background. I'm building those pieces one at a time. Websites are first because they're where most businesses begin. They're also where I'm putting my focus today, so I can do the work properly instead of trying to launch everything at once.
I'm not pretending to be a big agency. I'm one developer who designs the site, builds it, hosts it, and still answers when something needs attention after launch. Right now, I'd rather build five excellent websites for five real businesses than wait for CreativeBuilds to become a "big enough" name to justify the price. The discount is how I'm buying trust and building the portfolio that helps me take the next step. You get the same process, the same agreements, the same deposit structure, and the same person behind the keyboard.

Half-price website builds: the first five website clients get 50% off the website build fee. That includes the website packages on the rate card, from smaller presence and creator sites through larger business builds. Website-specific add-ons tied to the project are included in the discounted build total.

Three months of hosting: choose a yearly hosting plan and I'll cover the first three months, effectively 25% off your first yearly hosting invoice. Monthly hosting is still available, and the 50% build discount still applies. The free hosting credit is reserved for yearly plans.

Five spots. That's it. The offer is limited to the first five website clients who receive a quote and decide to move forward. Website projects only, not custom software, mobile apps, or automations. Once five website projects are claimed, Early Bird is closed.

The process begins. I get to work, follow the process, and deliver asap.
Early Bird clients aren't getting the "discount version" of CreativeBuilds. You'll get the same attention I'd give a full-price project. The same care. The same process. The same person building and supporting the site.
I'd rather leave some money on the table for five great projects and five people who are happy to recommend me than squeeze every dollar out of the first five builds. If all five spots are gone when you reach out, I'll still give you an honest quote at the regular rate. Five spots means five. No weird pressure. No fake urgency. Just a limited offer while I'm building something new.

What does Early Bird cover?
Website design and hosting. You get 50% off the website build fee, plus three months of free hosting when you choose a yearly hosting plan. The promotion is limited to website projects. Other CreativeBuilds services will be introduced as the workshop grows.
How many people can use it?
Five website clients. Once five clients have moved forward with their projects, Early Bird closes.
Does the Early Bird discount work with monthly hosting?
Yes. The 50% website build discount still applies if you choose monthly hosting. The three-month hosting credit is available with yearly hosting plans only.
What happens when the five Early Bird spots are gone?
Nothing dramatic. The promotion closes and new projects are quoted at the regular rate-card pricing. Stay on the look-out for other promotions in the future.

Wisconsin. I work remotely with clients nationwide. You'll have a direct line to the person designing, building, and hosting your site.
